How much will it cost?

What type of websites do you support?
We can support any WordPress or Joomla website. We also can offer support for other PHP platforms, such as Drupal and October CMS.
Can you do complete upgrades?
Yes, absolutely! We can take you from any legacy version to the most recent stable versions of WordPress or Joomla. We can even upgrade and refactor custom extensions, themes and plugins.
How does your support desk work?
When you sign up to one of our support packages you can login to our support desk and log a new issue or feature request. Our retainer clients also have access to a dedicated account manager who is available for Zoom calls. Our team is fully remote, so we cover many timezones and can usually get back to you within a few hours on most requests.
What information will I need to provide?
Once we have got you set up on the right support package, we'll need to get developer access to your website. We can support you on our dedicated servers or on yours, so long as we are provided with the necessary server credentials. We always back up your website before we undertake any work and can provide a staging and development server for you to review and approve changes before publishing to live.
